LICENSING

Overview
The licence that applies to a particular component is displayed during installation. However the differences between licences for different components are not significant. A typical licence appears below.

Typical KineticaRT .NET Component Licence
Until you have purchased a development licence for this product from KineticaRT Ltd, it may be used for the sole purposes of evaluation and demonstration of this product and applications developed using this product. The files installed by this installer may not be modified or redistributed in any way.

Once you have purchased a development licence for this product from KineticaRT Ltd, KineticaRT Ltd grants to you as an individual, a personal, nonexclusive licence to install and use this product for the sole purposes of designing, developing, testing, and deploying application programs that you create. If you are an entity, you must designate one individual within your organization to license the right to use this product in the manner provided herein.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this licence agreement. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of this licence agreement, do not install, use, distribute or replicate in any manner, any part of this product.

Once you have purchased a development licence for this product from KineticaRT Ltd, you may redistribute the files installed by this installer to the users of applications you create using these files, for the sole purpose of using those applications. These redistributed files may not be used by the users of your application or anyone else, for the purposes of designing, developing, testing or deploying application programs or other products that they create. They must obtain their own development licences for this product from KineticaRT Ltd for these purposes.

KineticaRT Ltd holds the copyright on all files installed by this installer; these files may not be modified in any way and the copyright notices contained in these files must remain intact if redistributed.

Some components installed by this installer may be protected by design-time licence keys. Under no circumstances may these design-time licence keys be redistributed or made available to third parties.
